Online Workshops<\/strong><\/p>\n Mindful Monday Meditations – Every Monday<\/p>\n This workshop runs for 30 minutes, starting at 6:30pm and ending at 7:00pm<\/p>\n It delights us to be able to continue doing the Mindful Monday Meditations through 2022. For each class there is a weekly theme chosen around mindfulness, and astrological inspiration and season elements. To get the most out of the session, you can be sitting or lying down, somewhere warm and comfortable where you can completely relax.<\/p>\n View Workshop Details<\/p>\n —-<\/p>\n Soul Rescuers Online Class – Once a Month These online workshops are designed to teach us how to change our behaviours and heal past fears, to reclaim the authority and strength that is within us to follow those changes.
