It delights us to be able to continue doing the Mindful Monday Meditations through 2022. For each class there is a weekly theme chosen around mindfulness, and astrological inspiration and season elements. To get the most out of the session, you can be sitting or lying down, somewhere warm and comfortable where you can completely relax.<\/span><\/p>\n
